Different grades, different tests. Here is the arc:
Building vocabulary and reading habits now pays off on every test later. Start with Verbal decks and untimed Reading practice.
Applying to private high school? The SSAT track is your test. Start with Verbal, then add timed Math drills; the Writing sample practice matters because schools receive it.
Too early for the SAT, perfect for foundations. The PSAT track (many schools offer the PSAT 10) plus college-level vocabulary builds the base.
The big year. October PSAT counts for National Merit; then choose SAT or ACT (take one timed practice test of each and pick your better fit) and train on that track.
Final test sittings are in the fall. If applying test-optional, shift time to the Research Paper Navigator and your applications.
14 high-value trap words pulled from a real SSAT practice test, each card includes trap-answer notes so you can spot the wrong choice on test day.
