PrepArc is a study tool for SSAT and SAT vocabulary. You may use it for personal, non-commercial study. Don't scrape it, resell it, attempt to bypass access controls, or use it to harm other users.
PrepArc requires a free account to use the practice content. Creating an account (email/password or Google) requires that you are at least 13 years old. PrepArc is not available to children under 13.
PrepArc does not currently offer verifiable parental consent or parent-managed child accounts, so a parent may not create or authorize an account for a child under 13 on their behalf. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
When a parent enables SMS notifications and provides a phone number, they consent to receive occasional texts (sign-in and session-opened alerts) at that number. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Turn them off any time in Settings.
PrepArc is currently free to use. There is no paid plan, no checkout, and no billing. If we ever introduce one, we will update these Terms first and it will always be optional.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings or by emailing hello@preparc.com. See the Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.
PrepArc helps you study, but does not guarantee any specific test score. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the service, do not send SMS to numbers you do not own, and do not use the service to violate any law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
